Fujitsu Canada has acquired TMC, a Saskatchewan-based business and information (IT) consulting solution and service provider.
Fujitsu believes that this acquisition is aligned with its long-term plan to strengthen its position "as a leader in the Canadian information and communication (ICT) market." Details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
TMC has been operating for nearly 20 years, and relies on the expertise of some 70 professionals, and offers services in the areas of project management, management consulting, business analysis, application development, delegated management, and service desks. The company's current management group will become a part of the Fujitsu Canada leadership team.
