The National Football League (NFL) has released an official (and free!) iOS and Android app for this Sunday's Super Bowl XLVI between the New England Patriots and New York Giants.
The app is designed to help those heading down to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN, navigate their way through the spectacle. Features include a 3D map of the venue that not only helps individuals track down their seats, but also shows them where the stadium's various exits, concession stands, and bathrooms are.
There are also functions that inform those in transit about road restrictions, and assist with parking related situations.
Beyond that, the app offers a detailed guide to local eateries, nighttime happenings, and Super Bowl XLVI-related events. On game day, in-app Tweeting will also be available.
Check out last week's edition of Adam's App of the Week, where I looked at the NFL Photo Booth app.
