VIDEO: A Closer Look at the Philips SensoTouch 3D Shaver

Yesterday at Philips' Holiday in July product showcase, Marketnews was able to get an up-close look at the latest in male grooming products, including the company's SensoTouch 3D wet and dry battery-powered shaver.

The device has a pivoting shaving cap that is able to tilt inward and flex outward in order to adjust to the different curves of one's face and neck. What's more, says Philips, the shaver has UltraTrack heads that have slots designed to be able to cut normal length hairs, as well as holes that are able to get to the very short stubble.

The SensoTouch 3D also has what Philips calls "aquatec sealing." This function is to enable the individual to still be able to use shaving gel while operating the razor.

Furthermore, it has a 60-minute battery life and an indicator on the front of the device that tells the user how much battery power is remaining.

The Philips SensoTouch 3D shaver is available at Best Buy, Future Shop, Walmart and London Drugs for $229.99-$329.99. The higher priced unit comes with a cleaning station for the shaver.

Check out the video below as Philips' Marketing Manager Nadege Vergura tells us more about the product.
