HP Announces Green Business Notebooks
HP's streamlined new ProBooks come in a choice of "merlot" or glossy black finishes, but the firm would rather you think of them as green: the ENERGY STAR-certified notebooks were built from the ground up with the environment in mind, and can make full use of Windows' energy-saving routines. Further, they have been designed for recyclability (more than 90 per cent by weight of HP notebook PCs are reportedly recyclable or recoverable).
